- Provide leadership in the field of system integration
- Develop and implement system integration processes
- Establishment of system integration-based governance models to suit projects needs and manage integration risk
- Establishment of railway level systems architectures to baseline, monitor and manage integration activities across the engineering lifecycle
- Ensure system integration planning is performed during tender and project delivery
- Driving of the optimal integration critical paths, and back-up paths for delivery and achieving Day 1 train operations, timely, safely and reliably.
- Identification, definition and mitigation planning of systems integration risks and issues
