The Company
Attribute Group are partnering with a Melbourne based Biotechnology company that deliver a multitude of solutions across vaccine trials. They are a part of a global organisation which is looking to grow further both in Australia and Overseas.
To add to their dynamic technology team, they are now looking to bring on board a Systems & Network Administrator within a permanent capacity.
The Role
A Systems & Network Administrator is required to join this progressive company to lead the further enhancement and support of the IT Infrastructure including supporting a new O365 environment.
Develop, deploy, administer and maintain the IT infrastructure components with adherence to industry best practice and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Administer Microsoft O365 services, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online.
Migration, implementation, configuration, deployment of Windows servers.
Implement and setup physical infrastructure such as servers and switches.
Implement and manage backup of servers and systems in accordance with best-practices, including disaster recovery and routine testing of system backups and restores.
Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration.
Building on their overall Infrastructure/Network/Systems environment supporting firewalls, routers & switches.
Experience Required
Experience with Windows Operating Environment (Windows 7, 10, Server 2012, 2016) and Microsoft & Cisco Products (Office 2016, Microsoft O365, Cisco Meraki).
Advanced operational knowledge of networking systems (firewalls, switches, routers) and software covering both Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, including Microsoft O365, Exchange Online and SharePoint.
Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Firewalls, Active Directory, SCCM.
Working knowledge of Virtualisation either via VMware or equivalent plus expert experience in managing and maintaining Windows-based server environments, including hybrid VM and Azure infrastructure.
Overall having strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
