With over 60 individual business units across the organisation, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance to our hiring managers and key stakeholders from teams within Children’s Services, Governance, Emergency Management, Communications and Customer Experience and many, many more!

You’ll own the end to end recruitment lifecycle, including assisting in the management of our probation and on-boarding processes; continuous improvement within our systems, actively seek new and forward-thinking ways of attracting our talent in an ever changing market, and be encouraged to get involved in bringing your own unique flare to our processes and projects along the way!

Your Team
Our Human Resources team are all about helping our people be the best they can be within our organisation. Lead by our Human Resources Manager, you’ll be working alongside our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, our two Human Resources Business Partners, and our Human Resources Advisor.
