As a stand along role, you will be the trusted advisor across our Support Office and Retail Leadership teams and will add value through;
- Partnering with key stakeholders across support office and retail and advising on best practise, industry insights and workforce planning
- Reviewing and evolving the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and experience
- Designing and delivering end to end strategies that attract, select and identify talent
- Educating and building stakeholder capability on best practise recruitment, talent and Talent Acquisition methodology and ensure compliancy
- Ensuring the candidate experience is constantly evolving and reflects the Adairs brand
- Proactively engaging and partnering with key stakeholders, providing market insights and devise and execute solutions that combat trends,
- Analysing and devising solutions based on internal insights, metrics and reporting
- Evolving our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition
- Advocating and actively instilling our culture commitments
- Passionate about delivery best practices across attraction, assessment and selection
- Demonstrated success within the Talent Acquisition function
- Experience assessing motivational and cultural alignment
- Strong influencing skills and Business Partnership mindset
- Previous experience with proactive sourcing using social media and LinkedIn
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
