HR Partners by Randstad are excited to be partnering with an established media agency based in Sydney CBD. As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment process, developing best practice recruitment methodologies and implementing innovative sourcing solutions.
Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to;
- Supporting the end to end recruitment process
- Building relationships with stakeholders to promote recruitment best practice
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes, systems and tools
- Building external relationships and attending recruitment events in order to generate brand awareness
- Continuous improvement and development of the employee value proposition
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- A track record of building effective business partnerships in a consultative model
- The desire to further develop your skills in developing and implementing strategic talent initiatives
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
- Flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation
