This will lead the talent acquisition function and lead a small team of recruiters:
- Proven knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including best practice approaches and the capability to interpret practices into fit for purpose solutions.
- Knowledge of the current recruitment market, the ability to modify approaches within the framework to attract a high calibre of potential candidates for vacancies.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, management and successful delivery of recruitment and selection activities with the proven ability to implement targeted recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a team through the recruitment lifecycle whilst delivering efficient and effective outcomes.
- Experience in recruitment measurement and analysis to contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Experience in engaging and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to support workforce and talent needs.
- Undertake senior level recruitment activities through internal
processes or management of the recruitment provider.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection activities to ensure compliance, consistency, and equitable
- Ensure the provision and transparency of recruitment metrics to support data driven solutions to workforce and talent needs and the continuous improvement and tracking of successful recruitment activities

The client is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who is ready to now lead a small team or is currently a Talent acquisition/recruitment lead.
They currently work in the office 2 days a week and the rest from home.
