At Equifax, our Talent Acquisition Team is focused on business partnership in talent delivery, subject matter expertise, and a strategic, proactive and targeted approach to building excellent teams. The Talent Acquisition Partner is fully responsible for owning and executing searches across the Equifax enterprise.
What you will do
Provide full cycle recruiting services which will include: supporting strategy session discussions
with hiring managers; sourcing and presenting diverse candidate slates to hiring manager with
recommendations; preparing for and managing offers to candidates
Champion the recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on
recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparison
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, leaders, hiring managers and candidates for a
dedicated functional area
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and SeekOut to build talent pipelines
What experience you need
3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment for roles in both corporate and agency settings
3+ years experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or other strategic sourcing/recruiting outlets
What could set you apart
Experience in Tech, Sales, or Marketing recruiting is highly preferred
Experience in a Corporate environment is highly preferred
Workday or other ATS experience is preferred
Proven experience negotiating compensation packages effectively
