As the first point of contact, the role is critical in influencing senior leaders, alongside shaping and delivering on our newly created sourcing strategy.
This position will see you:
Act as the main point of contact for acquiring and building a pipeline of talent for all business leaders
Influence senior stakeholders around alternative sourcing strategies to further enhance our talent pool
Manage internal stakeholder as well as candidate and agency expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This includes creating job descriptions and job ads, screening and assessing candidates, arranging interviews and/or supporting internal stakeholders with interviews where required, conducting reference checks and managing the offer process.
Lead, shape and manage our graduate and vacationer recruitment program, liaising with universities and arranging events as required
Collaborate with recruitment agencies on vacancies as required
Lead process improvements where required
Ensuring diversity of talent pools and an inclusive recruitment process
Support the business with key talent data and market insights.

Experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strategic sourcing experience desirable
