The Role:
Our client is in need of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team ASAP. This is a varied role where you will be managing a portfolio of internal vacancies for the business along with the onboarding of new hires. Core duties include;
Drafting of advertisments
Headhunting and sourcing candidates
Phone screening of potential candidates
First round interviewing
Coordination of interviews for Line Managers
Reference and background checking
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
About You:
Previous Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid attention to details
Intermediate MS Office skills
A proactive and approachable attitude
