About the Opportunity:
You are a career recruiter and thrive in owning and delivering on the end-to-end hiring needs of our teams, from kick-off to first day. You play an important role and easily build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have a variety of recruitment experiences across engineering and commercial in a dynamic environment.
You will be the first point of contact to our candidates and Swoop Aero's culture advocate. You plan, develop and implement engaging talent acquisition strategies to build strong talent pipelines that lead to hiring high performers. Reporting to our P&C Manager, this is an impactful role based in our Melbourne HQ & offers hybrid work options.
Responsibilities:
You naturally go the extra mile, to headhunt and understand how to leverage networks, talent pipelines and are proactive in your approach
You thrive in creating the best candidate experiences
You are responsible for the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
You will deliver talent sourcing, engagement and attraction strategies
You are great at collaborating with a broad range of teams, and are a true subject matter expert in TA/Recruitment to provide market insights and guidance to support hiring managers and acquire the best talent
You have a data driven approach and share key recruitment metrics and milestones
You will establish partnerships with universities, startup ecosystems and enjoy discovering new and exciting recruitment methods in order to fulfil and enable Swoop Aero's growth
You are excited to represent Swoop Aero's vision, mission and promote our employer brand throughout the recruitment process
What you will bring:
3-4+ years of experience as a TA/Recruiter, ideally in technical, engineering, robotics etc. specialisations and, preferably within an agency, high-growth startup or an international fast-paced environment
You are a people person, a true team player with high integrity and empathy
You are passionate career TA/Recruiter, who loves making a positive impact by identifying & acquiring high performers
You know how to deliver the best candidate & team experiences
You are resilient, excited and driven by big hiring achievements
You have demonstrated 'wins' in end-to-end recruitment
You are analytical, practical & personable in your approach
You are someone who sees the glass half full instead of half empty
You easily establish professional relationships with candidates, external partners and internal team members
You have excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
You have experience working with different applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, we use JobAdder
