THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our busy HR team and support the Talent team with the delivery of the continuous growth of the business from a recruitment perspective across Australis & New Zealand. You will play a critical role in the recruitment process, adding value by attracting talent and identifying potential hires, screening candidates and managing end to end recruitment processes effectively with a focus on the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting across a range of roles within Energy or Construction markets and thrive upon working in a fast paced environment.
A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY
Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent to share best practise and ideas in relation to streamlining and improving the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
Establish excellent relationships with Hiring Managers and external recruitment support.
Effectively build a strong talent pipeline utilising LinkedIn & our internal referral scheme.
Engage effectively with potential talent throughout the end-to-end process, clearly outlining the process to set expectations and providing feedback/ updates in a timely manner.
Effectively own the candidate onboarding process, ensuring the first initial experience of Zenobe is positive.
Conduct full and detailed screenings/candidate assessments on potential talent, and present forward shortlists factoring in specific needs discussed and agreed with the Hiring Manager.
General HR Admin support to the wider team.
Acting as a true ambassador of Zenobe, giving a detailed overview of us as a business and why people should join.
Successful ability of recruiting passive candidates and gauging chemistry in initial calls to assess cultural fits within teams.
Accurately updating and managing the internal recruitment trackers and ATS System.

Proven experience of delivering results as an in-house or agency recruiter
2 – 3 years recruitment experience, ideally within Energy or Construction sectors.
Proven ability to take accountability and lead multiple simultaneous projects from a recruitment perspective.
Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives and experienced in managing the whole recruitment cycle.
International recruitment experience advantageous.
Able to establish rapport and build strong trust-based relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment with large amounts of responsibility and ownership.
Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and juggle competing demands.
Attention to detail and able to produce work of consistently high quality.
A strong team player able to work on own initiative.
Strong IT skills including ATS and MS Office and Teams.
