Essential Responsibilities:
4+ years of experience in entire end to end recruitment from IT organization
Responsible for full cycle of recruiting
Sourcing from Job Portals and Innovative methods of hiring
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
Recruiting for all levels of candidates
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Should have hiring experience in sales.
Qualifications:
Should have excellent communication skills
Well versed with ATS tool, Job boards and LinkedIn
Education:
Graduation / Post Graduation with HR Specialization Preferred.
