The Role
The Missing Link is experiencing rapid growth and expansion and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end to end recruitment process, working closely with HR, Team Managers and the Senior Leadership Team.
You will introduce creative sourcing initiatives to proactively identify and attract the best talent in the market and have the opportunity to lead employer branding initiatives collaborating with the marketing team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have experience in:
In-house and/or agency end to end recruitment, ideally within the IT industry
High level interpersonal and communications skills and strong stakeholder management with the ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
Attracting and engaging top talent through to hire, both directly and through agency suppliers
Proactive sourcing across a range of talent sourcing methodologies, including social media tools to develop employer brand and candidate sourcing techniques and other industry forums
Providing consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices to secure top talent.
Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process by providing a positive candidate experience from engagement stage to offer.
Drafting position descriptions and recruitment briefs and working with internal managers to create and post job adverts and review candidates
Advising on appropriate recruitment sources and building relationships with recruitment agencies
