In this role you will:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
Drive Talent attraction, advertising, screening and recruitment of core warehouse and transport roles
Have the ability to drive through volume front-line staff placements
Have experience in or appetite for operational leadership and specialist roles
Build strong relationships with your internal customers, up to and including board level
You have the following qualities & Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience recruiting both internal or agency recruitment
Experience with large volume recruitment
Experience using a Recruitment management system
Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels
Ability to travel between sites (must have own car and valid drivers licence)
