THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate and dynamic People Experience (PX) team.
This role will be responsible for sourcing the best talent for our retail teams, driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing process-improvement strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the recruitment process through our ATS, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and relevant.
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process including shortlisting, phone interviewing, scheduling interviews, reference checks & offer stage.
Assist in the development of process-improvement strategies to optimise the talent sourcing process.
Build talent pipelines and ensure we have strong talent pools.
Create engaging and high-quality job advertisements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives.
Explore proactive sourcing strategies to locate and attract the best talent for the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
3 years’ experience working in an in-house recruitment function
Demonstrated experience in process-improvement strategies
Experience in volume recruitment and utilisation of proactive sourcing strategies
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
