Our Fundraising department has a permanent full-time vacancy for a Team Administrative Assistant to join their Blackburn, Melbourne office.
About the Role:
If you are an admin superstar and pride yourself on your attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise and have excellent MS Office skills plus a "can do" attitude we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to the Fundraising team nationally
- Assist with correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal communications
- Assist with expenditure reports on TechOne
- Provide ad hoc support with data entry on the Blackbaud CRM and invoicing
- Assist with People & Culture events such as staff birthdays and other milestones
- Design, develop and maintain filing systems
- On-boarding and off-boarding employees
- Monitor, respond and redirect queries from multiple shared mailboxes
- General office maintenance
- Liaise and coordinate meetings, visits and special engagements with stakeholders as requested
- Assist and support with the co-ordination of events throughout the year
About you:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge, and skills
- Experience in Fundraising would be highly regarded
