The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and passionate Health & Safety Administrator to join our Head Office safety team. You will provide exceptional end to end administration for an exciting new project and experience using, Hammertech or a system similar would be an advantage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System software, Hammertech
Maintain training and induction registers
Waste and safety reporting and compliance, managing date and processes to ensure compliance.
Review tickets, licences, insurances, and qualifications, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained
Assist management of job details and registrations
Support the completion of inspections and audits to confirm compliance and effectiveness of the safety management system
Assist in maintaining and reviewing risk assessment, SWMS and SOP’s
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience managing health and safety systems and administration experience highly regarded but not essential
Previous experience using Hammertech or a similar system
A keen eye and great attention to detail, as well as strong organisational skills
Ability to deal with both positive & negative customer feedback
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Professional & confident phone manner
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel & Outlook)
Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
Proactive nature
