YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to internal career development, a position has become available for a motivated Team Administrator with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to support the Private Business Tax & Advisory (PBTA) team in Perth.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role, with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):
General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and document preparation
Support with organisation of team training, including room bookings and catering
Client onboarding including ASIC searches, ABN and TFN applications, assisting with preparation of fees and processing invoices for accounts payable
Completion of ATO lodgements
Assist the National Corporate Secretarial team with collating ASIC company annual review statements and attending to basic ASIC company changes (please note that training will be provided for Corporate Secretarial tasks)
Preparation of correspondence and other documentation
Database and system management – update Salesforce CRM, Xero and other systems
You will also attend to other ad hoc tasks and support our Executive Assistants and the broader PBTA team as required.

You will be a responsive individual who approaches problems with a solutions mindset, able to think on your feet and display a high level of initiative. Being able to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise is a valuable skill that you will develop and utilise in this role.
As an internal client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. As such, you are someone who takes a great deal of care and pride in their work, and endeavours to always deliver to a high standard of quality.
Required
Conscientious with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
Strong communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams
Desirable
Previous administration experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous
