We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and engaged Team Administrator to join our business based in Melbourne. In this role you will be a key contact for our team and support with administrative and coordination tasks such as:
Onboarding and offboarding of employees and relocations- Maintaining a productive and engaging office environment
- Organizing office, stationary and IT infrastructure requirements
- Assisting senior management with travel bookings, expense claims and diary management
- Organizing customer and staff meetings and other general office duties
This role offers flexible work arrangements with a requirement of approximately 3-4 days per week office attendance.
