The position :
- Leading from the front and managing people
- Experience leading a retail cafe environment
- Experience following Health and Safety procedures
- Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling and managing finances
- Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling
A bit about you:
- Proven experience in a high volume retail setting OR café/restaurant background desired
- Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing, café or event environments
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic tea
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have a valid Working With Children Check or willing to obtain
