Reporting directly to the Manager, Court Service Centre, you will lead a service delivery team providing IT systems, services and support to the Queensland Judiciary and their direct support staff along with internal and external Departmental staff.
You will use your technical expertise, strong client service, and staff supervisory skills to lead the delivery of responsive, reliable and respectful support to a diverse group of clients. You will combine your technical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication to undertake effective incident/problem investigation and resolution, request fulfilment, continuous service improvement activities and various project activities.

Key Responsibilities
As the Team Leader, Court Service Centre (Technology Support) you will:
- Coordinate team resources to effectively respond to client related incidents and service requests.
- Provide a technical and hierarchical escalation point for the CSC TechnologySupport team.
- Undertake the duties of Incident Manager for the section and Major Incident Manager as required, including but not limited to client communications.
- Provide technical knowledge and skills in the fulfillment of requests from clients.
- Maintain an awareness of current and emerging whole of Government ICT through researching of strategies, policies, standards, and of relevant technologies and industry best practice.
- Use your initiative and proactive approach to identify opportunities and initiatives that will enhance Court Technology Services delivered services.
- Provide training, assistance, and feedback to the Court Service Centre team to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of support services.
- Liaise with and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal and external client groups.
