As patrons are returning to offices/workplaces and schools across NSW, public transport infrastructure and it's availability becomes more and more critical to its everyday customers. An opportunity has arisen to lead a small and dynamic team of professional Customer Service officers for a high profile State Government department.
This Government Department provides an extensive network of services across NSW, and places the customer experience as its number one priority. Due to a surge in passengers, more transportation services are required to manage the increase in transport use.
Pre-requisites for the position;
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills, the ability to problem solve and deal with challenging customers
- A high level of numeracy and computer literacy
- A mature and professional outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed and reliable
You will be a proactive and enthusiastic Team Leader who thrives in busy environments and face to face customer service. This is a long term assigment based at Circular Quay managing an experinced and well established team with long term in their roles.
