Our Service Management Assurance team is currently seeking to appoint a Team Leader EM Quality Assurance to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the high performing team delivering financial activities across the department addressing operational issues, meeting service level agreement (SLA) outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
In your role, you will ensure that the advice and service provided as well as implemented business system and processes, quality controls and audit improvement initiatives, comply with legislative requirements, industrial instruments, departmental and central agency directions, and departmental policies and procedures.
About You
Client service is paramount in our day-to-day efforts, and you will work closely with your staff and stakeholders in the review and implementation of improved business systems, procedures and processes. You will be a natural leader who will share the team’s commitment to inspire positive team environments as well as support and embrace a continuous improvement culture to ensure the coordinated, consistent and high-quality approach to service delivery. You will have high-level organisational skills with ability to prioritise and schedule your own and your teams work as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing demands to ensure the delivery of objectives against critical deadlines.
