You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
No experience necessary - all training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive can-do attitude!

About you
Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation. Experience is desired but not necessary, training will be provided to the right candidate.
Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
Sound communication and negotiation skills
Ability to use problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team
A current driver’s licence and ability to tow a trailer
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
