About the opportunity
It is an exciting time to join the NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) as we commence the significant growth of our agency in supporting key programs of work to enhance the agency’s response to emergencies.
We are seeking a talented and highly driven person to join the Recruitment and Workforce Strategy team at the NSW SES. This is a full-time temporary opportunity located at the NSW SES State Headquarters in Wollongong.
The Team Leader Member Services provides technical advice to members of the NSW SES, including but not limited to the employee and volunteer assignment changes, personnel records management and the onboarding and offboarding of members, ensuring a first class member experience. The role leverages extensive business unit, policy, procedure, award and system knowledge to deliver high quality, consistent and efficient human resource advice and services that support employees, members and organisational objectives.
