About the role:
The role will be committed to building positive relationships and working collaboratively with systems at multiple levels, engaging and working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to deliver the Sexual Assault service model in the face of competing demands. You will be able to utilise your ability to understand and utilise systems, developing measured change where required. Outstanding communication and relational skills will be central to your work. The successful applicant will be well supported within the team by the NSAS Senior Clinician, the Adult Medical Lead, the Paediatric Medical Lead, our enormously experienced and skilled team of Counsellors, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, and Medical Forensic Examiners and our Administrative Officer extraordinaire. You will bring experience as a Social Worker, Senior Psychologist or Senior Clinical Psychologist into a space where you will provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff and maintain a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment. We would welcome interest from a diverse range of backgrounds, with direct SAS experience not essential.
