THE OPPORTUNITY
The Team Leader, Payroll Services - Workers Compensation is responsible for leading a team in the provision of accurate, timely and efficient payroll and administration services related to workers compensation matters. The position also performs a range of payroll processing activities for assigned business units together with advising on and responding to more complex workers compensation transactional matters.

This position will be based with our payroll team at one of the following campuses: Ultimo, St Leonards, Wetherill Park, Kingswood, Albury, Tamworth, Newcastle or Port Macquarie (preferred campus subject to availability).
ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced specialist in the workers compensation field with working knowledge of current workers compensation legislation and an understanding of related transactional matters.
You will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and have experience leading a small team. You are a natural problem solver, and a quick learner with advanced Excel skills. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
Demonstrated experience using SAP Payroll is desirable.
