The role
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Community Safety this role provides program direction to Youth Sports and Community staff, residents and community stakeholders as delegated. This role is also responsible for managing program assets and ensuring all program reporting, including activities attendance in community.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIES
- Supervise and oversee professional support services to internal and external customers and clients.
- Ensure quality service delivery as per agreed standards and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure Council facilities are clean, tidy, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supervise, mentor and train staff.
- Provide frequent, verbal and written reports on the daily operations of site and program delivery.
- Coordinate materials and resources and ensure correct procurement practices are applied.
- Ensure tools, plant, facilities, equipment, and vehicles are used appropriately and maintained in good working order.
- Ensure safety for yourself and others in the workplace, engage in an effective and proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture. Ensure Council policies and Work Health Safety obligations are applied.
- Any other reasonable duties delegated by the Supervisor which are within level.

- Total remuneration package of $81,288.31 salary ($72,243.93)

- Additional remote location allowance of $3,000 per annum.

- Shift loading of 15% in addition to salary.
