About the role
As a Team Member you will be responsible for delivering trade-based work that ensures Parramatta's public domain and facilities are maintained and improved to enhance the appearance of the city.
On a daily basis you will:
- Undertake inspections of public domain and other facilities.
- Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed, to assist other teams and operational needs.
- Ensure correct completion of all necessary administrative functions (electronic or paper based).
About You
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience working in an operational team environment. The successful candidate will have previous hand tool experience, the ability to demonstrate their versatility, and show a willingness to assist across the trades team in varied tasks including but not limited to, sign installation, graffiti removal, working in the sign shop, installation, and maintenance of small council assets such as park benches & fences.
Qualifications:
- NSW Drivers License (Class C).
- White Card
- Traffic Control Certificate (TCR & IMP) or willingness to obtain.
- Asbestos Awareness

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $59,572 to $65,622 plus 11% superannuation.
