What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced Team Support Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to our Asset Management and Performance Advisory team.
In this position you will join our Advisory team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Asset Management & Performance projects.
Here are the key things you will need to have in order to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Diary and inbox management for the leadership team
- Provide administrative support to regional and project teams
- Support with projects and proposals, expense management and travel coordination
- Coordinating meetings, formatting of reports and document preparation
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and problem solve issues as they arise
- Good planning and organisational skills and able to coordinate priorities effectively
What can you bring to the team?
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
- Demonstrate an advanced ability to positively manage upwards using your own particular influencing style whilst being proactive
- Have a focus on detail as you will be a central coordination point for many of the leadership team’s activities
- Use the engagement skills that you have developed in your career to date to excel in this role
- Become a trusted partner by the leadership team and business
