Project Overview:

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. 

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.   

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

What you bring:

-Assist the Construction Automation Lead in administering the suite of construction automation applications at the Karratha Site. This includes, but is not limited to, the following Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs)

-TEAMWorks(R)
-Setroute(R)
-WITS (Weld and Welder tracking system)
-Unifier (NCR, RFI, FCD)
-Smart Completions Module - ITR (Inspection Test Record), Punchlist, and Equipment Preservation & Maintenance applications tracking system
-Measuring and Test Equipment
-Bechtel Productivity Services (BPS) (Xfighters)
-Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) tools including Bookbuilder
-PowerApps
-FormPlus
-Learn and assist in BSAPs configuration to meet project requirements.
-Perform data entry into the above BSAPs and report generation.
-Establish the data requirements to support construction work processes.
-Understand reporting requirements for each application and configure reports accordingly.
-Ensure reports are accurate reflections of the data and are functioning as intended.
-Review/trouble-shoot data for accuracy and completeness.
-Coordinate with design engineering, procurement, project controls and other departments to establish automated data transfer between applications.
-Assist field engineering in assembling and updating work packages.
-Provide support to the field engineering leads.
-Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
-Learn to operate and trouble-shoot automation tools and databases.
 

About you:

-Must possess a high degree of individual initiative, discretion, and diplomacy.
-Must be flexible and able to accept and quickly adapt to changes in work focus.
-Must be able to organize and prioritize administrative deliverables.
-Prior sound experience and qualifications in administration support in an industrial workplace
-Awareness of quality assurance and documentation is an advantage
-Experience managing office administration functions is desirable
-Displays effective communications skills crucial to reporting across levels in the organization, motivating team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner
-Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
-Ability to work autonomously, managing own workload to meet deliverable and schedule requirements
-Excellent problem solving ability
-Knowledge in MS SQL and SSRS Report
-Experience using BSAPs especially TEAMWorks(R)
 

Additional Information 

This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.).

The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products – i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site. 

This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1.
