We are expanding with the acquisition of a new brand to our exciting outdoor power equipment portfolio, this will involve working at the forefront of mower electronic fuel injected and the next generation of battery technology, along with introducing this to the marketplace through training and supporting our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical product support Business to Business and Business to Customer
- Delivering diagnostic support and recommend solutions for both fuel and electric products
- Collaborating in the development of service bulletins and advisories
- Responding promptly to the customer enquiries to resolve them
- Processing compensation and refunds to customers
- Developing a strong customer relationship to ensure loyalty to our products and services
You are a small engine technician that is energetic and passionate about sharing your knowledge, experience and enjoys training others. Your enthusiastic about small engine innovation and electronic fuel injection. You are comfortable working with battery products and are excited about being leaders in electrified riders & zero-turns.
While you love to be ‘hands on’ you have excellent customer service skills and can convey information in a manner that enables others. You are a problem solver with a strong attention to detail and do not shy from using technology be it web based learning platforms.
You will love the outdoors and the products we sell and be challenged by our ‘Find a better way every day’ attitude, which will be energized by the success of our customers.
In addition, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in small engines and/or experience working as a small engine technician including electric products
- An eye for detail and highly organised
- Working knowledge of web-based learning platforms and educational techniques
- The ability to be innovative and adaptable in an ever changing environment
- A passion for employee and dealer engagement through training and development
- Experience in Microsoft Office required and Salesforce desirable
