See yourself in our team: As part of CBA’s Risk Management function, you will join the Risk Management IB&M Policy, Process & Data Team. This team is responsible for producing high quality insights and ongoing recommendations to enhancements of existing tools and processes in order improve business performance for the IB&M Risk Teams. On a day to day basis you will: Perform data preparation by cleaning and transforming large amounts of raw data prior to processing and analysis, such that the data can be readily and accurately analysed.
Produce high quality insights and performance reporting on a variety of business needs including product, customer, risk and finance. Utilise product, customer and channel portfolio knowledge and context to develop insights and reporting solutions pertaining to business performance. Deliver actionable business insights and solutions based on thorough data analysis and reporting.
Provide maintenance and enhancements to uplift current tools, applications and processes aligned with our simplification & automation initiative. Business and technical expertise to navigate large and complex data. Proven experience in SQL Server development working with tables, views, functions and stored procedures. Intermediate level experience in developing Tableau BI dashboards that providing business insights.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. Proficient in Excel and VBA Macro development. Experience in ETL (SSIS) development, automation and maintenance - MS SQL Server Integration Services.
High attention to detail and concern for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness of solutions. Ability to work in an agile development environment and work closely with stakeholders including collaboration with diverse groups across Business representatives and Project teams. Exposure to standard operating procedures (SOP) and the ability to document new and existing procedures.
