Job description

PERSOLKELLY has partnered with a government utility seeking a technical customer service team member. This is not a sales /call centre role.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday - 38 hour week
  • Duration: Fixed term to end of January 2024

The Role:
Manage applications and approvals for electrical connections to the network.
Provide pre and post application technical advise.
Interpret and provide feedback on application documentation.
Assessment of connection to the network and evaluate results.
Field applicant inquires by phone and email, respond with accurate information.
Complete end to end management of assigned tasks within timelines.
Efficient handling of specialised queries and escalating where required.
Manage customer expectations in an efficient and professional manner.

About you:
Enjoy new technology, able to adapt in a rapidly changing industry
Able to work with technical detail and calculations.
Able to work well independently, assess criteria and finalise results.
Able to work well with other team members and departments, sharing technical advice and taking onboard feedback.
Competent in digital systems and technology including MS Office
