About the role
The Technical Engineering Expert will lead, manage, and provide engineering services and support to deliver the technical implementation of a suite of priority cyber security enhancements to support secure credential management.
The services include engagement planning, technical design, implementation, and onboarding of development and engineering teams to the services. You should have significant experience in engineering, contemporary security, and controls. You will lead contribute and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to deliver cutting-edge security technologies, and will transition post-project to manage the products in BAU.
Essential Criteria
- Experience with designing feature enhancements, implementation, and maintenance of a secure secrets management infrastructure using Hashicorp Vault
- Experience managing a technical team and operating as a potential Product Owner.
- Experience providing technical support, and engineering services for project build, test, and solution deployments.
- Experience defining and enforcing access control policies for secrets.
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams including infrastructure, cyber security, and development teams to address their requirements for a secure credential management solution.
- Ability and experience to drive innovation, continuous improvement and managing and leading change in securing development pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Experience overseeing and preparing technical documentation.
- Experience with reporting this includes preparing reports to senior executives, identify and implement new tools and features to strengthen capability, efficiency, and security of the secrets management system.
