Role: Technical Implementation Lead
Location: Australia (Remote-first)

Our Products:
RegPlatform is a technology platform that streamlines regulatory change management. It provides firms with a one-stop, continuously maintained inventory of global regulations, with effortless horizon scanning, integration capabilities and workflow management. RegPlatform combines industry leading AI technology with expert validated insights to simplify the complexities of multi-jurisdictional regulatory content.
RegBrain allows customers to apply CUBE's AI models directly to their own content, enabling faster release and feedback cycles. Our flagship AI services will be included, spanning structural detection, classification, entity extraction, summarisation, and recommendations. Available to customers and partners as APIs and via a UI.
Role mission:

Responsibilities:
Design of specifications for customer data extracts and reports
Design of specifications for customer API change requests
Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests ensuring a smooth transition
Detailed analysis ensuring no customer data leakage and consistency in output adhering to customer data standards
Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries
Support investigation of data extract/report related queries
Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any API, Single Sign-on & data extract/report related issues
Able to demonstrate the API on request
Communications with other CUBE teams to ensure any customer requests are delivered on time
What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a financial services organisation and / or leading RegTech / FinTech company
Experience with Postman
An understanding of how Single Sign-on works
Previous exposure with API solutions
Experience with SoapUI
Experience working with Excel & Word
Experience with Atlassian suite
Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage
Interpersonal skills:
Ability to build trust by doing the right thing and commitment to rigorous professional standards
Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally. A proven track record of working with offshore teams would be a major benefit
High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems, apply critical thinking, and rationalise these into workable solutions which can then be delivered
A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
Nice to have:
Coding experience (SQL, Python, Javascript, Shell Commands) is not required but will help to investigate and problem solve.
