We are now looking for a technical IT project manager (Build lead) to join our team. In your role you will be leading key infrastructure implementation and delivery within our technical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead infrastructure implementation that span across multiple technical areas.
Monitor, report and achieve the financial, time and quality goals of the implementation.
Manage communication and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
Report status to management and customer
Your profile
You work as a project or program manager today with focus on infrastructure and have a great interest and understanding of both hardware and software in complex environments. You focus on security, quality, solutions and results. You appreciate to be the where it happens and don’t hesitate to contribute in a complex question. You are a driven, people-oriented leader; you are able to empower, motivate and inspire your technicians by reminding them of “why” and by ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
We are looking for someone:
With strong leadership skills, who can effectively balance team drive and well-being
With + 5 years’ experience of Technical Project Management
With knowledge in Project Management processes
With strong decision making skills, and the ability to adapt to change and new demands
With working knowledge as a head project manager
With good people and communication skills
That speaks and writes English and Swedish fluently
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
