About the role:
We have a permanent role for a Support Officer – Scheduling. This role will play a pivotal part in the delivery services process, being the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre, undertaking scheduling of work as well as monitoring and management of workflow.
What the role will involve:
- Coordinate and organise workflow operations by acting as the main point of contact for field crews and supervisors ensuring safe and timely delivery of services
- Plan work in a two-week window for allocation to electrical and mechanical operational teams
- Maintain the timely dispatch of work orders to ensure all service delivery key performance indicators are achieved
- Monitor and adapt resource changes for field crews when operational requirements change
- Provide administrative support including creation of purchase orders and development of work packs according to a defined scope
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries
Key skills and experience:
- Experience in a scheduling role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, Maximo and Microsoft Office suite functions
- Customer focussed
