About the role
Based in our Cowandilla office, as a Technical Service Support Coordinator you would be responsible for providing high level technical support service to our internal and external customers throughout SA and WA. This includes handling of incoming calls from customers, scheduling of service jobs for Field Technicians, invoicing, general administration, troubleshooting with customers via phone, all related to the installation, preventive maintenance, and break down repair of dental equipment. You will also have a positive influence on the financial goals of the company through accurate and timely invoicing, inventory control and of course, advocating and promoting the superiority of our products and services to those we serve.

About you

You will thrive in this role if you have:
Previous experience in field-based equipment maintenance industry
A strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and compliance
Ability to multitask between phone calls
Highly developed problem solving/trouble shooting skills
A reputation for excellence in customer service
Proven ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
Ability to work autonomously and part of a small team
Confident in using Microsoft platform (Outlook, Teams)
Previous experience using Salesforce would be advantageous

In addition to the above, it would be advantageous if you have experience working in the dental/health care industry.
