Technical Services Delivery Manager
Multiple locations – Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney
ASAP start – 12 month contract + extensions
Pay rate up to $850 per day (including super)

The Technical Services Delivery Manger will oversee all aspects of project delivery by managing budget, scope and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guide relevant projects through project delivery. Cyber Security and Infrastructure background is an essential requirement for this role.Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain visibility of project work, track progress and adhere to strict quality and change management process.
- Manage resource capacity in the Project team, Risk Management and undertake project planning and execution for complex cybersecurity focused programs of work.
- Establish and continuously improve the project lifecycle, including engagement and collaboration across all areas to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance, and effectively communicate the progress and status of projects.
- Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Applications Packager, Rapid 7,Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer.
- 3+ years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
- 3+ years’ experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
- Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimize the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
- Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
- Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.
