Hudson has partnered with a well-respected defence organization on a 6-month contract for a Technical Services Officer. This role will requires troubleshooting technical issues for end user equipment, meeting rooms or manufacturing equipment. Strong focus on service desk fielding tickets via Jira, emails and incoming calls.
**Due to requirements of the role, only Australian Citizens located in Adelaide will be considered for the role.
The Role:
Pickup tickets that through via Jira
Pickup requests that come via phone and email
Escalate / triage / login support requests
Troubleshoot technical issues for end user equipment, meeting rooms or manufacturing equipment
Documentation and maintenance of the knowledge management portal
Skills and Experience required:
Ability to monitor and triage internal and external requests for IT support via email and helpdesk systems
Resolution to new and existing user access requests
Ability to maintain and create documentation for software applications and systems
Experience with using a helpdesk system
Experience in providing entry-level (Level 1) IT support for both hardware and software faults
Assist with onsite troubleshooting of technical issues with end user equipment, meeting rooms or manufacturing equipment.
