Job description
As the Technical Support Offi cer, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure & Security team, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance andsupport of the ICT network technical infrastructure to ensure rapid and reliable access to State Library ICT systems.
There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however qualifi cations in ITIL, Microsoft, AWS frameworks or toolsets would be highly regarded.
