About the opportunity:
This role will work in this established high performing QLD Service Team servicing and maintaining complex building automation systems and associated equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identify facility energy/efficiency optimization opportunities and enhancements.
Analyze analytical platforms to conclude and verify faults.
Service and maintain BMS equipment and associated systems
Analyze facility plant performance
Provides detailed reports highlighting Facility Plant Performance displaying and tabulating supporting data.
Provides solutions to very complex systems problems
Customer communication
Assists engineering and sales by providing technical recommendations to produce job layouts and bid proposals.
Assists in monitoring project execution per plan, budget, time, and customer satisfaction.
Provides leadership to junior technicians and apprentices under supervision.

What we are looking for:
Experience with Building Performance and Energy Efficiency Solutions and building mechanical services
Skills in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration
Previous BMS/DDC software engineering skills is preferred
5 years’ experience in building controls post apprenticeship
Commercial HVAC operational experience
Excellent communications skills and customer service
Strong understanding of Chiller/Boiler and Airside plant performance and design requirements.
Passion to drive front line safety identification and resolution
An electrical license or restricted electrical license is essential
