They provide psychological services for adolescents, young adults and adults across their lifespan and also provide a safe, warm and compassionate space to encourage and empower clients to gain understanding, insight and self-awareness to manage emotions, reduce distress and improve overall mental health and well-being.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have completed a recognized qualification in Psychology (or equivalent)
- Must be registered with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Adhere to the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics
- Complete continuing professional development and meet all requirements of the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Ability to execute complete medical evaluations utilizing video telehealth technology
- Effective communication skills to engage with operational support staff and patients
- Experience using a scheduling software to guarantee availability to deliver telehealth services is kept up to date
