About You
We're actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in emergency, triage, telehealth, or first responder care.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen interest and passion for delivering high-quality and efficient assessment, advice, triage, and referral assistance within a telehealth setting.
You possess a professional, patient, and friendly demeanor, enjoying interactions with patients and assisting with various healthcare needs.
As someone who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team, you're committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You take pride in contributing to the delivery of the highest standards of care to patients.
You are collaborative with a strong customer service focus, able to quickly build rapport and trust. A quick problem solver, you excel at 'thinking on your feet,' with a solid background in governance and compliance.
Respectful and professional, you demonstrate exceptional moral values in everything you do.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in the healthcare system
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Recent participation in CPD activities in accordance with AHPRA
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in inbound and outbound call handling and associated correspondence
- National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check from the state you are based in
- Strong computer and IT competency. As we are a remote work from home workplace, technical abilities form an important part of the role.
