About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding compliance.
Duties
- Handling employee lifecycle queries
- Managing recruitment processes
- Advertising job vacancies
- Updating PDs and assisting with writing job adverts
- Coordinating interviews
- Preparing contracts & sending offer letters
- Overseeing onboarding
- Organising compliance checks and updating employee documents
- Assisting with first day inductions
- Managing offboarding - coordinating exit interviews etc.
- Reviewing probation periods with hiring managers
- Actively participating in staff meetings from a HR perspective
Please note this a part-time opportunity with an immediate start for up to 6 months.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate for this position, you will have the following:
- Previous HR experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
