In the role of Program Support Officer, you will provide project support services for timely, professional and confidential administrative support including booking national and intrastate travel and accommodation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Document management including preparing, and/or assisting in the preparation of, a suite of documents including reports, PowerPoint presentations, briefing notes, submissions and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards.
- Preparing, collating and disseminating consistently high-quality meeting papers to support project governance meetings.
- Prepare Human Resources and Procurement paperwork to support the project.
- Finance activities including administering program expenditure, invoices accounts receivable ensuring compliance with departmental financial standards and timeframes.
