Temporary Strata Assistant role - Monday to Friday - Commencing immediately for 2 weeks - $35ph + Super - Based on the Northern Beaches
The role:
This Real Estate agency is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join the team on a temporary basis as a Strata Assistant. As a key player in this busy agency, you'll play a crucial role in managing strata properties and ensuring seamless communication between property owners, tenants, and the agency.
Key Responsibilities

• Action meeting minutes and support in the coordination of strata meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
• Efficiently handle filing and organisation of important strata documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Produce and action work orders promptly, coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Set up strata inspections, liaising with property managers and coordinating schedules to meet inspection requirements.
• Manage the processing and distribution of keys, maintaining accurate records of key holders and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Provide support on reception as needed, assisting with phone inquiries, visitor management, and other front desk duties.

Experience required:

• A valid Certificate of Registration is essential.
• Previous experience in strata management or related Real Estate roles is essential.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Comfortable using real estate management software and tools.
