This is an exciting career opportunity for a Tender and Bid Coordinator to join a highly successful sales team!
Essential to the role will be the establishment of close relationships with Major Accounts Managers and Sales Managers who will provide strategic input into the win strategy through close monitoring of key industry trends, excellent understanding of REMONDIS operational capability, its unique selling proposition, and understanding the needs of the prospective customer through direct involvement with customer meetings with the Business Development Manager and/or close inspection of bid and tender documents to ensure responses address the underlying requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of bid and tender responses, including providing an initial bid summary to the Business Development Manager for all potential bids
Participate in the GO / NO GO evaluation process
Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders for pricing and response information
Maintain and create proposal templates, sales literature, pipeline tracking and general reports to the Sales Manager
Develop and maintain bid tracking processes, coordinating stakeholders towards achievement of milestone activities within a bid process
Compile pricing and analytical information, supporting the Business Development Manager and Sales Managers to critically analyse the pricing mechanism for profitability and competitiveness
Identify and qualify new potential bidding opportunities, update existing bidding information, update incumbent service provider information and document within the CRM system
