As part of each Brand's Portfolio team, in the Portfolio Leader role you will possess a thorough understanding of portfolio composition and performance drivers. You will support the delivery of the Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying, designing, and implementing tactical initiatives and programs of work which maximise short and long term business objectives. You will be required to balance customer, cost and revenue targets and engage and manage relationship stakeholders across Portfolio, functional business units and the Virtual Brand Team (VBT) to support alignment of brand objectives and manage and mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support the delivery of the Brand Portfolio Strategy by identifying, designing, and implementing tactical initiatives and programs of work which maximise short and long term business objectives
• Analyse portfolio performance metrics across all channels and identify opportunities to improve growth, margin or other key metrics
• Work with the Portfolio manager and portfolio advisors to streamline initiative delivery across product, promotion and regulatory and compliance activity
• Lead tactical VBT activity across delivery partners to support mid-term brand performance
• Drive portfolio budgeting/forecasting process and analysis, understanding key levers that impact performance.

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role (desired), 5+ years business experience
• Strong critical and strategic thinking with the ability to analyse situations accurately and reach balanced decisions, established analytical skills, financial understanding and knowledge of budget and reporting processes
• Ability to plan, organise, implement, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and business resources, to achieve project objectives
• Good understanding of the Consumer products, industry, market environment and customer segment
• Knowledge of the risk and legal obligations associated with consumer portfolio.
